About our Guest:
Dr. William D. Paiva is the Managing Partner of OLSF Ventures, an early-stage healthcare fund, operational in Oklahoma for 24 years.
In parallel, William stood up Oklahoma State University’s Center for Health Systems Innovation (CHSI) with Cerner CEO and OSU alum, Neal Patterson. The Center is focused on transforming rural and Native American health by implementing innovative care delivery and IT solutions. William holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Oklahoma; an MBA from Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck School of Business; and completed an international finance program at the London School of Business. At a personal level, William enjoys golf, fishing (aka ripping lip), card magic, stand-up comedy, discussions about spirituality, the universe, crystals, Buddha, Tao, etc., and solving the Rubik’s cube.
